I got the strap of my swimsuit stuck under the agitator of my Hotpoint washing machine. I removed the top layer of the agitator, but don't know how to get under the part beneath it.

With the first part of the agitator off you now have to remove another cap off the top of what you now see. Under that will be a bolt that holds the whole bottom of the agitator on.

Need to change the drum bearings on a hotpoint wm63p anyone done a video showing how to do it?

If the motor bearings need replaced, you're better off just replacing the whole motor. Save yourself time.

I have bought a new electric motor for my Hotpoint WM63P washing machine but the old seven pin connector has different locator guides to the new one. any ideas

Your best bet is to refer back to the spare parts shop where you bought the motor. Maybe they supplied the wrong one.....or..there may be an adaptor if the part is compatable...Good luck.....Nomess

The only way to resolve is to replace the outer tub, no other permanent sollution, what hotpoint mean is that you would not have to replace whole outer drum only the front half.
