It could be the thermostat or you might have a leak somewhere. Have you tried referencing the issue in the user manual? You can find it here:

Hello theeggleton6 - Sounds like the mechanical thermostat, oven sensor or EOC needs to be diagnosed for replacement. I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately for proper diagnosing.

Frigidaire Gallery series model GLEB30T8CBA key pad not working

Hello Dana, thank you for your post!
From my understanding your Frigidaire oven is displaying an error code of "F8" and your keypad is not working properly. An "F8" error stands for runaway temperature (overheating). I would recommend performing a reset on your oven and you can do that by disconnecting the power cord for at least ten minutes.

If that does not help correct your issue then you could have a problem with your RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) or the EOC (Electronic Oven Control). I would suggest having a professional technician out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

We have an electrolux E30EW85GPSS double oven. The lower oven appears to work properly. However, the upper oven will bring itself up to the set temperature but after reaching it, does not stay on and...

Hi
This means a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the sensor is bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue start by checking the oven temp. sensor for 1100 ohms, if the rating is more then that then check the control board however, as the issue is only with upper oven it is most likely that the temperature sensor is bad and should be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Elements do not heat to proper settings

If both elements are not working properly then the problem is either the temperature probe or the control board.

Replace the temp probe first.

Oven not heating up properly

You could very well have an electrical problem. You may not be getting the full 220 volts needed to make the oven function correctly. Call a local appliance technician or electrician for service.
