Question about Bosch KGU32124 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

Fridge problem Hi, i left the fridge door open and after a few hours I noticed that the red light (triangle and exclamation mark) is on. I tried to unplug the fridge but when I plugged it back the light was still on. What does this mean? How can I fix it?

Means the temperature has gone up and freezer temperature is too high. fault should rectify itself given some time

Natasha try this:
turn off the fridge's settings.
pull the power cord from the wall outlet
open the doors and keep them so for a few hours.
before these, take out the most perishable and keep in cool place.
after a few hours you may see a puddle of water under the fridge. clean the water and vaccum the fridge underneath and behind.
now reconnect power and set at recommended level. goodluck!

Hi, I'm Mark.
Check the position of the two controls at the top of the unit inside the fresh food compartment. SET BOTH controls to the 12 o'clock position. Wait about a hour, then check temperatures. Then wait another hour and check temperatures again. Record the values on a piece of paper. When you do check fridge temperatures, do so quickly as the compartments become warm just a few seconds after the doors are opened. Please let me know what happens to the fresh food readings.
