Trouble uploading pictres to my SanDisk Sansa Fuze 8GB..

I just got a SanDisk Sansa Fuze a few days ago and I just don't know how to upload pictures to it. I use RealPlayer to upload my music, and it works fine, I just hae no idea how to upload pictures. The help is appreciated.
