In service test menu scroll to "3.Hard disc drive", & press enter, if test drive passed don't replace the hard disc or modification or changes. You have a problem with the device plugged into EIO slot 1. Most likely it's a JetDirect card. Turn power off and reseat the card. Power up, if problem is still there put the card in the other EIO slot. There should be 2 EIO slots. If it still fails you will have to replace the JetDirect
