Lg tdc70040e Condesnor dryer "Clean Filter" lamp won't stop flashing. Tried Everything.

Hello, I have cleaned every filter I can find many times, including the Condensor as shown in the manual. The "clean filter" lamp keeps flashing. As soon as I turn it on, and turn the dial it begins flashing, if I unplug it and plug back it, it start flashing as soon as I turn the dial. Again, I've cleaned all lint filters and the condensor. Sometimes it starts beeping at me the shuts down, but usually finishes a load. Would appreciate any help. I download the service manual, but it had no reference to this problem other than "clean the filter" Thanks for your help.

SOURCE: Clean Lint Filter Light Keeps Dryer from starting

Evidently the fuse blew for some reason.
Keep the dryer unplugged from power for one hour or so. If it still does start, you will have to take apart the dryer, check the fuse, check the thermal fuse, and test the wirings inside.
If you need to call arepairman use the number listed on the owner manual.

I have the same problem, but it starts when I "help" the motor by turning the bac side fan. Then it starts. When it starts the clean filter light goes.
Could it be the motor? The motor is compact and without brushes..?

LG Gas Dryer 5988W error is check filter

Check filter light is just FYI, it's not connected to anything. I would say check your drive belt. If it's broken or off the pulley, dryer won't start.

LG dryer screen keeps flashing, check the filter, and stops before clothes are dry.I have checked the lint screen and it is clean. Is there another filter to check

The check filter light is only a reminder. It is not connected to a sensor or anything. Supposed to stop flashing as load starts. If all else is working properly, I wouldn't worry.

Whirlpool electric dryer

Hello there and welcome to Fixya :
This is a fairly common problem with these whirpool dryers.
I will provide you with the 7 most common things to look for
which contribute to the symptom Dryer won't stop are listed below. Check or test each item and watch any available videos. If you are still unable to solve the problem you may need to do additional research and troubleshooting.

othercausesandconditions.jpg Air Flow Problem The most common problem when a dryer is slow is when the vent is clogged. If the dryer is slow, check the vent from the back of the dryer to the outside of the house. If that is clogged, clear it completely and test the dryer. If the dryer is slow after the vent is cleaned, clean the internal ductwork of the dryer. This will require some disassembly.

Item # 686172
The blower wheel draws air through the dryer and pushes the air out the vent. If the dryer won't stop, the blower wheel may not be spinning properly, which reduces the air flow. Check to see if the blower wheel is securely fastened to the drive motor shaft.

My clean filter light won't go off on my frigidaire & my dryer won't turn on

Did you try to remove the back cover after unplugiging your dryer ,to find a lot of lint in the back of the dryer? Some times you may have to clean in this area for fire safety. Maybe this would sold your problem.

Lg washing machine suddenly stop during washing

It would help to know at what stage the machine stops, however, lete me take a blind guess that it stops just before the spin cycle. If I'm guessing wrong, please tell us when the machine stops and if it displays an error code or any flashing lights (Please note WHICH lights flash and the number of times they flash, as this is an error code that will help pin the problem down).

If I'm right, then........

This is almost certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged. The empty cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because the filter is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and won't step on to the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum.

You need to locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not familiar which with the model you mention) there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on panel on the bottom)

Filter lamp flashing

The condenser has two "channels" one for the moist hot air that are easy to clean and inspect. The other flow is perpendicular where cool air drawn from outside and passes through. These channels, viewed from the side can get blocked over time with dust/fluff. I blasted mine with a pressure washer and it was obvious from the change in light when looking through it that it was clogged before I blasted it.
