Hello folks try this if you have not gotten this resolved. Your dryers have 2 sensor systems, the first one test the clothes for moisture, the second for the heat. The 1 sensor system drops resistance when the wet clothes are put in the dryer. the shutting down after 5 minutes and lint filter light coming on could be that the dryer isn't sensing the moisture. Now for the fun part, the entire inside of the drum and paddles is the moisture sensor. Try cleaning the inside of the drum with a cleaner to remove any detergent or fabric softner residue. This is crucial if you are using fabric softner sheets as they coat the drum. Also wash the lint filter with soap and water so the water goes straight thru instead of puddling up. Remember to also clean the condenser as this can trigger this issue as well. Hope this helps

There is also another overheat module below the front door too. Check that. Also, forgive me for asking the very obvious, but have you checked the entire exhaust pipe to make sure that there is no restriction that would cause overheating.

Cycle is interrupted and ''E1'' appears in display. Condensate hose is blocked in some way. Turn off dryer and check hose. Condensed water not pumped out (WTL 54 condensation models only). Pump failed. 25808741-gtkp3url2ghtdqenstp5bokb-1-0.jpg Dado

Common faults -
1 The heating elements can fail (meaning open circuit)
2 There are cut-outs (T.O.C's) that might need resetting
3 The thermostats (stats) can trip out or burn out (meaning opencircuit)
4 Moderntumble dryers also have sensors and pcb's (Printed circuitboards) thesehave programs that can fail and circuitry although most should produce an errorcode showing you were the fault is.
5 Faultyconnections and burned wires may also be the fault.

Most Bosch dryers have a heater reset button behind the main rear panel. If this thermostat has tripped, there is a REASON, resetting it may make things work for a short time but your issue is bound to return. There are many other things to check on Bosch dryers to ensure proper air flow throughout the dryer and house venting. Pleazer Appliance...
