On your Sansa Fuze, go to the "Settings" menu, then go to "System Settings", then go to "USB Mode", then select "MSC".

Now, connect it to your computer, then double-click "My Computer" on your computer's desktop to run Windows Explorer. You should see your Sansa Fuze show up as "SANSA FUZE". Double click on "SANSA FUZE", and you should see a folder called "MUSIC". Copy your music into that folder. When done, unplug your Fuze and your music will be on it.

When you plug the Fuze into the computer if it recongnizes it you should be able to use Windows Media Player to sync and to create playlists. If you are wanting to get pictures or videos onto the mp3 player you will have to download sansa's media converter from their website. www.sansa.com

use the sansa media converter on this website to convert you videos to the right format and if i remember right it is mpeg something im not sure

Try to download new Firmware.

Rhapsody is music only. Videos must come from YouTube or some place like that. Then all videos must be run through the Sansa Media Converter, just like your manual says.

converter is for video/photo omly; this player is not compatible at all with itunes

connect to your pc using usb connection. sansa should be recognized as storage media drive. navigate to the drive. Drag and drop files to music/video folder. Enable show hidden files and folders in your windows folder settings. Tools>Folder Options>View. Some of the folders are hidden. You can delete the preloaded music also.Some of them are in the radio folder.

According to what I've read, you can double the original memory, but no more than that, so the max you can have on a Sansa e250 would be 4 GB (2GB internal memory and 2GB external memory). I also read that the micro SD cards holds
music only-no video.
