I don't know how to download music on my sansa fuze (4GB)

On your Sansa Fuze, go to the "Settings" menu, then go to "System Settings", then go to "USB Mode", then select "MSC".

Now, connect it to your computer, then double-click "My Computer" on your computer's desktop to run Windows Explorer. You should see your Sansa Fuze show up as "SANSA FUZE". Double click on "SANSA FUZE", and you should see a folder called "MUSIC". Copy your music into that folder. When done, unplug your Fuze and your music will be on it.

Can't add or remove music off my Sansa Rhapsody 2GB

first try this...

1 put on hold and hold record button while u turn on (your sansa is now in recovery mode)
2 connect your sansa to your comp via usb cable a box should show up saying the firmware version
3 close the window and disconnect your sansa (it will restart)

if that doesnt fix your problem try this...

1 connect your sansa to comp via usb cable
2 right click start on windows desktop go to explore
3 scroll down to your sansa's drive rifght click it go to properties
4 go to tools tab and click "check now" under error checking will take awhile and will erase your memory on the sansa but it will work again

Sansa e280

i think i had a similar problem with my e250, if you get your music from anything like "limewire" your sansa may have been infected with a virus :(

sadly, if this is the case, there is no solution

Sansa wont work

Once you have it in recovery mode, create a file called "sansa.fmt" and put in on "16mb" (Which is what your sansa shows up as in My Computer when it is in recovery mode). Once you have put the file on the "16mb" disconnect the cable and allow the device to restart unlocking it before it boots back up.

Blank White Screen - No Menu Showing

My Sansa has a similar problem. Sometimes when the Sansa turns on (after the Sandisk logo) the screen will either turn black, blue, or black and white stripes. The player still works, but it is hard to navigate without the screen, obviously. What I end up doing is letting the backlight turn off and then pressing any button. Sometimes when the screen comes back, the display is allright again. But sometimes it takes more than a few tries. Turning it off and on again seems to work a little better, but it is more time consuming.
