Hello, During a Microsoft fix, I lost the driver, which I have recovered, but I've lost the program used for saving, scanning, etc. I've been searching for it, but without success. I don't recall having a disk, although that would seem practical. Am I wrong in thinking I could download it from trhe web site? Thanks, Ron

Well I believe this printer does not have a home position sensor. Which makes me think that the scanner bar is either out of position or damaged.

Go to the Lexmark website. Click on the support link. Lookup your specific model #. Download the software/drivers pertaining to the operating system you are running. You should now have everything that was included on the original cd. Install & you should be all set. Hope this helps.

Scanner will not work
More than likely it is a software issue. Uninstall the printer completely, then reinstall drivers from the lexmark site at: http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:590:0:0
