Lg50pg25 - missing 4 inch of pcture near top of screen just red top 4 inch okay- then missing picture-then rest of screen okay even missing when using menu display. tv about 6 yr. when sat. reciever off...

Most likely a problem with the upper y-drive board.

Toshiba 52WM48 - Dark line across top of screen about 4 inches

replace the vertical ic, LA 7833 and four capacitors near it, i encountered this last two days.change the parts and it ok now.
cost of this parts is about $20.00

Picture vertical output has reduced

TV has no cathode 200 volts supply.
