Help me please! My mp3 player shut off.

Hi, I just got a brand new sandisk sansa e250 mp3 player for christmas. I didn't charge it all the way, because it had almost full battery when I took it out of the box. It worked fine for about 1 hour. The battery was about half full when I pluged it in to be charged, I left it there for about 30 minutes and when I upluged it to listen to music the screen froze on "Disconnected" and wouldn't go to menu or anything else, then it shut off and it won't come back on. I tried: 1.Taking out the battery and putting it back in two times. 2.Resetting it. 3.Letting it sit for a while. If here is anything that would help please reply.

Mp3 format??? HELP, PLEASE!

No You Don't Have To Converter The Tracks. It Depends On How You Put The Tracks On Your Sansa, Do You Drag And Drop Or Do You Sync With Copy To Device In Windows Media Player 9, Or Sync In Windows Media Player

Sansa e250 won't show up in devices!

I had the same issue. Brand new Sansa e250 player. My XP SP2 computer would not recognize it. I updated my Windows Media player to version 10. Bingo, all is working now. I previously had version 9. Good luck!
