I had this same problem, its just a issue with the disk driver hand (Its the hand that pulls GC disk and Wii disk into the disk holder) to fix pick up the wii, tilt it upright (to where the back of the wii (where the USB ports are)) is facing the ground and the disk slot is facing the ceiling. Simply put the disk in the console and gravity should do the rest. Also the disk will eject really easily so don't worry about the disk getting stuck inside of the console.
Your game disks may be warped, or cracked in the center. But more likely it is your WII itself, it may be a kind of model that does not play game cube!

I have a game cube that does the same thing. I open it while it's turned off and put my finger on the eye and slide it back and forth a few time. It works after a few tries. I think the gears that move the eye are wore out.

There is only one recommendation I can think of but it may damage the disc forever so do it at your own risk. With that said I have done this with about a 50% success rate.

One option is to rid the system of dust.
Take a vacuum to the holes on the sides.
Same can be done with a can of compressed air, getting better results.
You can also try taking some alcohol on a qtip and gently cleaning the laser lens with a slow clockwise motion. Not too firm.
Sadly, there's no way to open it unless you're a licensed Nintendo tech.

The disc might be scrached, you can take a soft silky dry cloth and try to clean it, if it doesn't work you can try and get a new one.
