Have you done what the Wii suggests be done? Try it and repost if you get no further.

You could find the manual on the internet by google. Im afraid that it's possible that it possibly broke the disc drive or the part of the drive that automatically loads and ejects the disc.

You need to replace the laser in your Wii. You can find them online and you shouldn't pay more than $50.00

Either flip the disc the other way and put it back in the Wii, fix any scratches on the disc, or send the Wii to Nintendo.

This is a problem with the Wii's lens.You can't fix it by yourself, your Wii need service.

Try the following options.

1:) Soft Reset:- Press the reset button on the Wii console For 2 seconds.
2:) Hard Reset. :- Unplug The Wii Console For 5-10 Minutes. As once unplugged it resets itself.
3:) use a CD/DVD Based laser head cleaning disk, to remove any dirt/dust from the laser unit.
