It was fine the day before, and today, when i took it out of my bag, the screen is all white, except for a leaf-like mark in the bottom right corner. when i plug it in to the computer, it shows up like it normally would when the screen isn't messed up. the blue scroller thing still works and all the songs are still there. i've tried resetting it a couple times, but when i turned it back on, the same black and white screen shows up. why did this happen ? is there a way to fix it ? thanku (:

I have the same problem. I had accidently rolled my chair over it and the screen turned white with the black glob in the top right had corner. I don't think it can be fixed, because I know when the pixels get popped on a cell phone, it can't be fixed.
