SanDisk Sansa e250 mp3 player is on but the screen is not lit.

I just purchased this mp3 player and started to load songs on to it. At some point the unit went dark and the only thing lit up is the blue wheel. Now I can't do anything with it. It won't turn on or off no matter what I try. What could the problem be?

You might need to reset the player...of course you will lose your data but by resetting, you should be able to get the player working again. You need to press the power button for at least 15sec to reset.

For some reason, the songs only play about 15 seconds and then go on to the next song! How do I stop the "intro" and be able to listen to the entire songs?

Thanks!

Let the battery run out so you dont have to put all your media back onto the MP3 player.

MP3 songs are not getting download in sansa e250

you are using the sansa media converter which would only allow the user to transfer pictures and videos to the player. You would be using windows media player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to the player.
