There is only one fan and its located behind the twin cool tower in the refrigerator.

when was the last time you took the back off to clean the condenser?
needs to be cleaned every 6 months.

it can be fan defect or fan switch or timer as well as thermostat defect causing build-up of ice jamming the fan

The double switch of the door might be out. change it with a new one (it is so easy to do ) you have also to clean the defrost channal. agood luck!!!
