Hi there does anyone know what this code means?

We almost bought a new printer on the strength of the comment from Joris Vanden Driessche. However, when I spoke with Kyocera support engineer over the phone I only mentioned F030 and he said that this error code is a network issue, not hardware. There was a pdf document stuck on the print queue causing this error. After deleting the job I then re-started the printer and all was fine again.
Once you get it working again make sure to update to the latest drivers and you should be fine.
Our model printer is FN-3820N.

PWB, other than F000, F010, F020,
F040 and F226, above.

Defective main-PWB

Turn the power switch off/on to restart the
printer.If the error is not resolved, replace
main PWB

Hi,
This problem is caused by a poor contact in the fuser connector terminals.
Check both sides of the connection (in the printer and fuser unit) In most cases we will find small pieces of paper inside printer connector causing poor contact between printer and fuser unit connector.

Kyocera fs-3900dn showing 7410:0024216 error code what do I do
The 7410 is a drum installation error code. This is typically caused when the waste bin is replaced. Open the left door and push on the drum unit just above the waste bin, usualy a click will be heard when pushing it in. Then power cycle the printer. This should fix the error message.

My Kyocera fs-3900dn has the message: call service 0150:0040557. What does it mean?
0150 - Engine PWB EEPROM error. Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Solutions:
1. Switch the printer OFF; unplug the power cable; wait 20 seconds; plug in the power cable; switch the power ON, If the error comes back follow the next solutions:
2. Update / Burn the latest firmware version. You may need to call a Kyocera Service Provider because you need a CF card (compact flash memory card) and the FIRMWARE.
3. Replace the Engine PWB (a board) - again you have to call a Kyocera Service Provider.

A firmware upgrade should solve the problem

download the file (i received one a year ago ftom Kyocera), put it on usb stick
power off the machine, installed the usb stick (at the back) and power on

after upgrade problem should be gone

FS-3900DN Error 0150:0000000
This error suggests eprom error the system firmware will need to but upgraded or reinstalled.

If it is new contact the store you purchased it from and tell them. If not contact Kyocera online and they will (or Should give you a dealer in your area)
