I have canon MP510 and I have a probem because my canon have a code 6800. What can I to do? Pleas for helps

According to the service manual error code 6800 means that "A problem occurred in reading from or writing to the EEPROM". The suggested parts replacement is the logic board. See page 12/64 in the service manual.

I think that turning the printer off and disconnecting power for some minutes and then reconnecting power and turning on the printer doesn't make the error go away?

I don't know if clearing the EEPROM from service mode will remove the error, but you lose the printer history and absorber counter value in doing so. You might also have to uninstall and reinstall the printer to get the display language back to English. Probably the logic board error will prevent the printer from starting, so no service mode operations will be possible?

The error 6800 means you need to replace the logic board.This is the code of the logic board (QM2-3827).If i have been useful please give me a vote :)

Error 5100 is Carriage error.Possible problems in:
- Carriage unit
- Timing **** strip film
- Logic board assembly
- Carriage motor
First, make sure there is no paper jam anywhere in the machine.. look inside, rear, where the paper tray (output) is, etc to see if you find any shreds or torn paper that may have gotten stuck and you didn't see.Look carefully in the zone of Purge unit, using flashlight in the right side on printer.If this not help your printer need service.
