SOURCE: My panasonic over the range microwave model

I have same problem. Disconnect the power. Take the 3 screws out of the top of vented front thus exposing 2 screws that hold down the touch pad .remove them and move touch pad out of the front and out of the way. on the extreme top right within the compartment there is a circuit board that has a fuse on it. replace the fuse and try to restart the microwave. if the fuse blows again you have a major problem probably the magnetron. If you need further help call me (403)870 9110.........Ron

How do I replace the interior light in the Panasonic Microwave NN-SD297SR? The microwave is installed above my range. How do I access the light bulb inside the microwave to replace it?

According to videos, Panasonic require removal of the case. Some manufacturers including Panasonic have a small access door on the outside and my Panasonic Catering microwave did.

My Panasonic Over the range microwave Model NN-H264SF front touch pad don't get any beep plus i cannot put any number so microwave don't work. If range get over heat microwave exhaust fan get activated...

it needs to be repaired others have had the same problem.
here's one review...
liked this product very much, until it died after a little under 1.5 years. I brought it to a repair center recommended by Panasonic. They quoted me a parts-and-labor price of around $125 to fix the thing. The repair included a new membrane pad (the buttons on the front), new fuse, and new fuse holder.

The repair center told me they've been instructed by Panasonic to replace all old fuse holders with newer, better ones. Apparently, the original fuse holder was somewhat defective, causing the fuse to burn out. I don't know if this bears any relation as to why a relatively new membrane pad might have gone bad, but it's certainly annoying for a device costing several hundred dollars.

I have a microwave oven (over the range) panasonic nnp295sf, it is having a problem that whenever I turn to start microwave on the bus fuse is burnt! when I put a new on everything works, except when I...

I presume you mean the fuse within the microwave.
If it is doing that, firstly check the door switches, if there is no problem then check the diode and capacitor supplying the magnetron. BEWARE, THERE ARE LETHAL VOLTAGES AT THAT POINT!!!
I suspect there will be a problem with the door switches.

Microwave blows the fuse when you push the start button on the panel

This will be either a faulty door interlock switch or High voltage component. You will need to remove the outer cover after first disconnecting power. Discharge the high voltage capactitor!
Check the door switches are operating correctly if so move on to the high voltage components starting with the transformer

Panasonic microwave oven

Microwave fuses are normally located either on a filter board near where the power cord comes in, behind the control panel between the door switches, or behind the control panel in a hodler, sometimes on the floor of the chassis.

If you or someone you know decide to look into it, we have critical safety information, info on door switch diagnosis and replacement, and disassembly information at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa.

At our site, we have a video showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

You can find an authorized Panasonic servicer here.

You can order Panasonic parts from Tritronics, but if you don't find what you're looking for there, try here.

We're happy to help you with free advice and we'd appreciate your thoughtful rating of our answer.

Panasonic NN-S254B How fried is it?

There is an internal fuse, so check that first. If the fuse checks ok, definitely buy a new microwave - losing a neutral usually damages the main circuit board. Given the cost of the board and the distance involved, it just wouldn't pay to chase the parts down
