We set up & delivered Ricoh in the pittsburgh area for years, and I forgot how to get into the SP Mode. I remember that you have to do the sequence with Clear mode, then the number, then hold clear/stop. I can not remember the number. Can you send this to me

In trying to Execute carriage change sp mode (3-009-002), I cannot find 'Engine setting' (which according to the service manual) supposed to be under 'Printer setting' menu from Service mode.
Can someone help on step-by-step procedure of getting to the "Engine Setting" (sp mode) menu please in case am omitting something along the line or is their a permission required?

this problem comes when TD Sensor fails or toner supply motor fails or defective toner which is not support to this model or ID Sensor fails, if you feel all the above sed things are good condition please follow the procedur first go to SP mode and cleare the memory and set to SP-2-201 to 1 image pixcel mode adn set the SP-2-209 make it 90 ok (Note: After memory all cleare you have to excute the 400 & 600 dpi Initial Setting)

you machine language does not match your country language. you have to change the language settings in the copier SP mode. only a Ricoh technician can change it. please consult a Ricoh Technician as you cannot enter the machines SP mode.

Hi, in order to activate the double count for A3 paper, you have to go into "special" SP mode. The procedure is almost the same as going into regular SP mode, but as you hit "Copy SP" on the touch screen, make sure you are holding down the pound (#) key. Then you should be able to find 5104.

You can only change 5104 once, so one you enable it you won't be able to change it back to counting larger paper as 1 click instead of 2.
