Try reentering your billing info on your account. you may have to call sony to solve this.

Well, I am having the same problem on my PSP, and it appears to be server related.

uninstalled the program, downloaded the latest trial version from Sony (25 da trial) and recovered the files without errors. I will try to repair my own version later.

To do it just use the XMB to go to Playstation Network>Account Management>Account Information>Billing Information. Enter your PSN account password and then you can change it.

1: If your credit card number is appearing in x's (e.g.. 111xxxxxxxxxxx357) then retype it.
2: If you live in a flat/ apartment then placing your address on 1 or 2 lines might help
3: Is your credit card still valid?
4: Having your billing and residential infomation typed in the same might help.

this is due to very high numbers trying to download the game, the ps3 servers cant deal with so many requests, lay low for a few days and try again.

For me I was using PS3 Media Server which had somehow become corrupted (possible power failutre).

Uninstall PS3MS, then MANUALLY delete remaining files and folders (important). Then re-install PS3MS.

this solved it for me after trying everything else possible.

Could it be that the server for your area is down. Try calling Sony to see whats up.
