The mirrors are of special construction, not an ordinary mirror.
If no longer available from Mitsubishi (did you contact them?) one thing our shop has done---this is 46 inch set, find another mirror from a TV shop for similar Mitsubishi---say 50 inch etc---if you can get nearly exact measurements of original mirror--a glass company can cut the larger mirror down to size.
We did this with three 55 inch sets, cut 65 mirror down. If you remove the front screen and frame, check to make sure when mirror broke no part came forwards and scratched the inside of the screen--if so it will show in the picture.
LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS--I am here to help.
If this told you something you did not know rate this solution as very helpful as I do this here for free.

I didn't contact Mitsubishi but will contact. I never removed the mirrors before is the process pretty easy?
Most have only one mirror and the front screen assembly has to be removed to get at the mirror; two man job and wear soft gloves and no fingerprints on mirror.
If you provide the model number I will tell you how to remove front screen unit.

Orcajest,
The mirror is available at http://www.encompass.com for $48.00 and shipping. They also have the clips to hold it in. The part number is 767D055050. This should get you back to watching TV.
Thanks for using FixYa and for the generous rating.
