Its not likely that you disconnected anything. If you did it would be obviouse by a wire being loose or hanging out in the open unplug the fridge before poking around though. The frost points to a possible problem you could have a ice block in the back. Does the fan in the fzr run? If not your unit could have a defrost timer under the bottom where you cleaned it and you unplugged it. Usually newer fridges have the defrost timer in the top of the fridge side. If the fan is running the next thing to ask is if the compressor is running if not the compressor starter may be bad it is located under the plastic cap on the compressor and is about the size of a nickel and will be hooked to one of the 3 prongs of the compressor its a cheap part. If he compressor is running your heating element (defrost element) in the fzr compartment may be bad it is located where it is in contact with the cooling coils in the fzr compartment usually behind the back wall of the fzr. It can be testedwith a ohm meter and will be a long black or glass part. Attached to one end of the heating element is a limit switch it a round pastic and metal sensor apx the size of a quarter with two wires one goes to the defrost element. Its job is to limit the heat so it melts ice but does not heat the fzr up. I hope this helps good luck and remember to unplug the fridge and be safe.
