Go to print preview, then to the margins button at the top and click it, margins will appear on the page, adjust your margins to the edges of the page, if the spreadsheet is supposed to be on one page and doesnt fit, go to page setup and shrink the size of the document (will be percentage), either way--once you have moved your margins out to the edges, you can then move them back in a little at a time if you need to in order to center your document on the page. Hope this helped.

SOURCE: Problem with HP PSC 1210 printer

SOunds like your linear encoider is dirty.

If you look back along the rail that the carriage moves back and forth on, you should see a thin plastc strip...almost clear...going accross. You have to make sure that's clean. If you clean it real well with a lint-free cloth, and it still doesn't work, it needs to be replaced. They're probably not available and you might need a new machine.

I had this problem on my Vista pc but it was for all programs it would say its printing and nothing happened, what I did was leave the old one installed on the pc and created another and then deleted the old.But have you tried uninstalling excell and re-installing it to see if that changes anything, and when you reinstalled epson did you go to their site and download the updated firmware/software for the printer this could be another cause?!

SOURCE: Crooked Excel Spreadsheet

I also had this problem, through trial and error I found that if you go into File, Page setup in excel then the Page tab, make sure the print quality is set to 600 dpi. Once I did that it printed correctly.

Software issue. Contact MS since HP will do nada for you since it is not a printer problem. Maybe your excel program is not really compatible with Win 7. Check it out.

When i print from excel it is printing multiple pages instead one

check your print preview. Either Excel is set to print multiple copies or the spreadsheet is slightly bigger than a page. Fix the spreadsheet, this is likely not a printer issue.

This printer will print a pdf file but not an excel spreadsheet

shade the area of the excel spreadsheet you want to print, then right click and choose format cells and under the border tab, choose inside and it will outline a printable excel spreadsheet.
