Factory reset lexmark x203n

I do not think resetting to factory defaults will solve this problem, anyhow this is how to reset the X203 to factory defaullts. Turn it off, Kepp press?d keys "check mark" and "right arrow". Turn printer on, wait until some dots show in the panel and release the buttons. Enter CONFIG MENU, browse right/left until you reach Factory Defaults, press Select / Check mark. Done.

Receiving error message 5200...but i have lost my original manual thanks

According to the error code, http://pixma.ulmb.com/?p=226, the error #5200 means "Print head temperature rise error".

Some of the nozzles of your printer are clogged. The print head will overheat because it does not have ink going through the nozzles to cool it. But you continued to print repeatedly, the print head may have been destroyed due to overheating.
