Lexmark 30.64 rechange cartridge

It would appear that the toner cartridge you are using is faulty or not installed correctly.

And in the section "Understanding printer messages" codes 30 and 31 refer to cartridge faults.
"30 Invalid refill, change toner cartridge
The printer has detected an invalid, refilled toner cartridge. Remove the toner cartridge, and then install a new one."

The 900 error usually indicates a software or communications problem. The first thing to check is the base printer.
Turn off the printer and disconnect every cable, except for the power cord.
Turn on the printer and see if the error returns.
If the error does not return, try to print a test page from the Test Menu.
If the test page prints correctly, the printer's hardware is most likely working correctly. The source of the problem is probably outside the base printer.
