Hi Yes you can try clean.
Gave it a go.
Ok it got to be the heads blockage
There is fluid cleaner for this but I can never find any in the shops the only ones I seen is when they sell them in Tesco but they come in with the ink refill bottles so I just use worm water by it self on a cloth and dabbing on the heads to clean them, it will not harm the heads but not to much water.

Some heads are on the inks them self but some have them inside the printer so I not know your printer so if the heads are inside you need to get them out you may find that some heads will just clip out put some need to be unscrewed so you got to know how they come out so be careful and not push to hard on them, if the heads are on the ink then it is a easy job to clean them,
It worth a try it worked for me more than ones.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on Helping.

It will only scan not print

If you refill you Ink Cartage on this Please make sure the Ink is primed. If you touch a paper towel to the bottom of the ink cartage and the tale stays dry It is the cartage.
If that is ok Make sure that the door and the contact(If you can see it) Is closed and in good shape

could be possible that its either dired up or out of ink, open its bonet and remove cartages, clean head with a soft cloth removing any dried ink give cartages a good shaken see if any ink comes to head, and try again. hope this helps

I have Lexmark x85printer. Bought new Ink Cartages. Printer Will not Feed Paper All I get is paper jam Clear paper

Either the ink cartridges are incorrectly inserted, and block the paper path jamming the paper, or the paper drive roller got slightly out of kilter when replacing the ink. Sometimes, powering down the printer, manually moving (gently) the printer head halfway from home position, closing the printer and powering it on will clear a roller problem (never tried on a Lexmark, though. It works on Epsons and HPs). If the head doesn't move, though, don't force it. Try instead taking out the ink cartridges and putting them in again, without forcing, and gently wiggling them until they click in place.

If you get the message without any paper in the printer, check the insides for any scrap of paper which could have lodged in the sensors.

Also, verify there is no paper elsewhere in the paper run (paper out tray, etc.). Sometimes the "paper jam" message is a sort of "catch-all" error.
