Hi , i have been using avery templates and label paper at work for ages and always printed off without problems on my lexmark . I bought a Kodak however and all of a sudden I could no longer print off my labels , when I put paper in it just came out blank and said paper wrong size .I could not find any solutions at all and was tearing my hair out . I just kept trying different things and all of a sudden I changed a setting and it worked perfectly.When you go to print your label change the ' scale to paper size ' function to A4 and then it will print.

Yes!! The projector is equipped with a "dark shutter", which means light is only allowed to exit the projector when a slide is in the gate. That eliminates the "white screen strain" on your eyes when no slide is present. Happy New Year!

I will assume you have this unit tied in to a computer unit. If so try to delete the program on the computer and do a complete reinstall. Follow each guideline on the computer screen and check on your programs on your computer to be sure the printer is listed. If it is listed run a compatibility test on the computer and printer. Your computer may not be recognizing the printer but it should give you an option to choose how to run the printer program. Be sure when you are deleting the program that you completely delete all parts of the printer program. You will most likely have to enter the WIFI pass code to the printer for it to recognize the computer and WIFI number pass code. I hope this helps.

Take the unit back apart and examine it very carefully to be sure you did get all the debris out of it and that you did reassemble it correctly. There could be something loose that is dropping down into the light channel or your other slides may not be aligning correctly causing a short light interference. I hope this helps.

1, If there is an issue with one part of the scanner, it won't trouble you with multiple problems. I would suggest you update the firmware for the device from the manufacturer's site with the model number.

2, Even after updating the firmware, if the issues are not resolved, check if the scanner driver's version is obsolete. If so, uninstall the current driver and reinstall the updated one, which should help.

Click the Start button on your computer.
Access the Control Panel and choose Add or Remove Programs.
Choose Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and select the Change button.
Tick the checkbox of Choose Advanced Customization Of Applications.
Go to Office Tools and select Microsoft Office Document Imaging. Click Scanning OCR --> Indexing Service Filter.
Click Run and install the features you want from the Office Installation CD.
If the problem persists, remove the malware program on your computer.
