Problem with Philips Magnavox 42MF521D/37 Television

Unit was turned off last night. This morn, won't turn on, no picture/snow or anything. On/off switch has blinking green light today. Have tried unplugging and let sit for a hour, replug in hoping

it would reset. No such luck. Can you help me..???

You may have a bad capacitor. Location 2074 I think...It will be bulged or skinned...just observe closely.

our tv is doing the same thing for a month now blinking green but it takes up to 1/2 hr to come on, my husband reset it w a code which didnt take as long the next time we tried it but a wk later now nothing it wont come on? i took out cord and still nothing?
