Use a HDMI cable (1), connect one end of the cable to the HDMI output of the accessory device and the other end to the HDMI input on the back of the television. Turn on the accessory device, if it is a playback device such as a DVD Player or Recorder insert a pre-recorded DVD, and press [Play] button.
Note: EasyLink requires devices to be connected to the TV by HDMI and that these devices should have HDMI-CEC functionality. To enable EasyLink: Switch on EasyLink on the TV, press the 'MENU' button on the remote control and select TVMenu > Installation > Preferences > Master EasyLink, select On.

Contact the authorized service center for Philips. If the TV doesn't turn ON, the most probable cause is with its main digital board. Replacing this board is a very skilled work, as it always need a firmware update. Firmware update procedure to Philips is rather more difficult than other brands; and not easly done by normal user.

Check your router to make certain it is allowing the connection from wi-fi, you might have to enter the password on the TV.
You should be able to use it with just the wi-fi.

Seems like tv internal self test sensing some aging parts (most likely capacitors). Probably cheaper to replace than diagnose and repair.

The most common issue i find with Plasma TV's acting like this is a failed power supply in them, usually due to leaky/failed capacitors. About your only option is to find someone with the know-how to repair it, as its almost impossible to find a replacement board. I fix more TV power supply boards then anything else these days.

It's most likely a bad main board. You can probably find one on ebay, and find a how to replace video on you tube.
