37MF321D/37 TV turned off last night. This morn, won't turn on

It could be your mainboard. How long did you have the TV?

Price the board first and then decide, I fix these in our shop but do not like or enjoy working on them at all.

Does the whole tv turns off when the picture turns off ??? What you're describing sound like a defective CCFL backlight. This would make since why someone threw it out because the repair estimates of replacing the bulbs would knock your socks off. Most will suggest ordering a new LCD panel assembly which would cost way more than what the set is worth. On some sets, when a CCFL is out, the screen will come on for a few seconds then go out. On other sets, after so many "lamp failures" logged in memory, the set will not power up at all and just flash trouble codes through the power indicator.

having problem with display . your lcd is get damaged change it with a new one

may have some loose connection inside the tv occur, or a tv circuit problem already

i had the same problem take the back off an unplug the lcd an give it a blow put bit all back together an fany's your ant

You may have a bad capacitor. Location 2074 I think...It will be bulged or skinned...just observe closely.

The main board needs to be replaced.

Have had many of these in the shop, almost all have had a power supply problem, Capcitors blow and shut down the board. About half of these can be rpaired but the other half will need a new power supply
