Inside the washer case there is a level switch. It is a diaphragm that is pushed by air rising in a tube with the water behind it as the water level rises. On the back of the housing, there is an adjustment screw. Only move it small amounts, say a 1/4 turn. See the videos.
Hey there, welcome to Fixya! The above answers were pretty helpful, did you fix your problem with them? Did you check the manual for further instructions? You can find a PDF copy here: Bosch Classixx 5 Manual
The door lock is design to stay locked if the water level is above a certain level, therefore it is possible that you have a blockage in the outlet hoses or an obstruction in the pump. At the bottom of the front panel there should be a flap that will expose the pump and possibly a small hose to empty the w/m manually. Check you manual for the procedure. Water level is set according to the pressure system within the machine and this is not adjustable, One thing to make sure of is that your waste pipe is not pushed to far into the drain pipe as this may cause sythoning, and thus you are in fact loosing water via drain pipe
Clean out the lint draw and then run vinegar through a cycle.
If this doen't work try CLR. or/and put the drain hose to the lowest level and then put a flexible clear tube down to unblock it.
Use less detergent in the machine. I make my own detergent and I don't have any problems as one of the ingredients in it help keep all lines clear.
If that doesn't solve the problem contact Bosch directly.
make sure you remove all the shipping bolts per installationinstructions then rock washer with hand and screw legs down till it doesn't rock then load an go call me back if any problems
