Wacher - Bosch Nexxt 500.
It doesnot wash as well as I expected. I have filling that adding one or two glasses of water will make the difference, because the things inside during washing cycle is almost dry.
Is it difficult to adjust water level by yourself?

you need to take the soapbox out and clean thoroughly. Pull the soapbox out to the point where you get resistance and the you will see a tab you press to release it fully. Do not force the soapbox out. Take it to the sink and clean with hot water. Softener can be like jello when it drys and will block the release.
If it won't fill it may not spin or drain unless the water level switch is bypassed. I would check the water valve & the water level switch and tube from level switch to tub must be air tight no holes. The water level switch must kick in to agitate. I'm not sure on Bosch but some work like this..
We had the same problem with the bleach dispenser. It was under warranty so Lowe's sent a repairman that replaced some part in the control panel that he said was faulty on this model. He also said to only use 1-2 Tablespoons of HE detergent and leave the door open. Also dilute any softeners before adding them.
