Open front door remove clip on cover to righthand top push lever in and right hand lower door will pop open remove 2 screw 1 top left 1 top right release black handle and the whole assyembly draws out press button on top and lift up there is a little black support arm to stop it falling down unlock the drum you want to change and remove or just call the engineer if you have a service contract?
