Sounds like it got a power surge. Have you tried unplugging it for 10 minutes and then replugging it? It doesn't always work, depending on how severe the spike was. Give it a try, saved my refrigerator last time we had an outage.
Does the rest of the oven work ok? Did the timer work OK before the outage? Is the oven under warranty? Was the power outage at your home only? Check with the manual to see if it addresses your problem, there may be a way to reset the system and then I would say that you would need to contact Westinghouse and explain the situation.
JD, get yourself a cheap battery backup surge protector, I have one and its saved my **** many times, I live in FL and with lightning and power outages its a real system saver.
You need to reset the time after a power outage.
Press the Day/Check, Hour, and Minute buttons until the correct time is heard-- Press Day/Check until you hear the correct day announced. Then do the same with Hour, and then Minute.
