there could be a fuse in the control board that you can look at
other than that get in a technician as the unit could be damaged from the power surge

Can you move the cycle along to try and let the machine finish? It may think it has not finished a spin or wash.
Otherwise, call a plumber.

shift / Caps locked?

just remove the power plug from the back of your comter and press the powerswitch few time then plugin the power cable and press the power switch

Go into the 'Menu' -> then 'Setup' -> then 'A/V Connections'.

You should see an option called 'Locked to Input' switch it to 'No' and your problem should be solved!

Completely disconnect the washer from the power and then connect it again. Now start the washer and check if the door is still locked.

try pushing cook and hold button once until lock comes on, then push cook and hold button again. The lock should be removed.

iodine, open the upper oven, look thru the grill below the control panel on the right side and there is your model number. The issue here is that when the power came back on the oven run thru a test and your lower lock motor has failed. It will need to be replaced. Yes the only way to stop this is to shut off the breaker.
