it is the control board for your oven. pricey too i see. i cant say for sure if it will solve your problem either. if it works great if not maybe you have an element burnt out. maybe have the elements resistance tested before taking the plunge on that board

Unfortunately it'll have to be replaced, buy a used one from a local appliance shop or on eBay, just search for your make/model number & "touch pad", they're not too much and fairly easy to change!

I would definitely have an electrician come out and check your wiring, fuse box, etc.

If it has a thermal fuse, it would be located on back wall of unit behind metal panel.
