Does the led light flashes green continually?

Check if you can access the operational error code. The TV must be in shutdown and then press the front panel "activity" and "channel down" at the same time and hold them for 5 secs.

Led light will flash 2 digit code separated by a pause.

23 - 2 blinks pause 3 blinks

Dynaalert (Wecker) - Depressing thr Schalter auf den ersten und dann über die Zeit eingestellt VERFAHREN (nicht in Betrieb) wird Ihr Wecker gestellt. Nach dem Alarm auslösen Schalter ist so um die Uhr funktioniert normal.
Alarm Switch - Mit diesem Schalter Ursache des Alarms zu einer vorgewählten Zeit ertönt. Release-Schalter, um den Alarm abzuschalten. Alarm wird auch gehen automatisch nach 1 Minute, wenn Sie nicht mit dem Schalter Freigabe wählen.
Radio einschalten - Drücken des Funkschalter wird das Radio dazu führen, dass wiederum auf der vorgewählten Zeit. Drücken Sie Schalter auf Radio auszuschalten.

Counter / Tine - Ist dieser Schalter bewirkt, dass der Empfänger Frequenz angezeigt, um in den Empfangsmodus und die Sendefrequenz im Sendebetrieb gefunden werden.
Auto Switch - Ist dieser Schalter bewirkt, dass die Zeit gefunden, um in den Empfangsmodus und die Sendefrequenz im Sendebetrieb gefunden werden.

New boards havent been available for those sets for several years. The only way now to replace the board is to send it to one of a couple of places in the USA that rebuild them. Which is usually very expensive and takes a couple of weeks. Id say the most common problem with that set causing that is leaking coolant from one of the tubes dripping onto the signal board causing intermittant then over time permanent shut down. Sometimes if caught early it can be cleaned other wise parts and traces are damaged. It is a multilayer board and not available from Mitsubishi. Could also be a problem with a yoke or high voltage circuit or vertical output or flyback. A number of things can cause that.. Hope I helped a little.. sorry

It may be a problem in the TV but can also be caused by a poor RF connection either at the back of the TV or the satelite receiver. That of course would not be an issue if you are connecting your satelite via a composite or component or HDMI input.

A 21 code in mitsubishi is indicating that the set is shutting down for Xray protection. Which means voltages are rising and triggering a shutdown for safety reasons. You will need to trouble shoot the Xray circuit to locate the problem.
