Absolutely! You should have changed the mouse and keypad first. That's a problem with many Dell laptops. Mine included.

Its a software issue version remember this phones have two softwares android and motoblur, already tried to update the ANDROID?

Recheck all connections and try to get the TV on channel 3 or 4 especially if you have a cable or satellite box.

the power unit probably got damaged also try another tv and look for your proof of purchase you mite still get it replased for free either from the store you bought from or SONY.

I actually moved my tele to the other side of the room to see if it would work in a different spot and it took me ages to get some signal by moving my aerial around. The signal still wasn`t strong and i didn`t have alot of the channels and then i turned it on a few weeks after and it was working perfectly. Don`t ask me why! :s

Experiencing the same problem, I turned the volume all the way down, placed the TV on a channel showing a mature program and pressed and held down the zero button. This unlocked my V chip.
