Hi

Error code H2 means fusing unit temperature error. This error occurs due to a bad fuser temperature thermistor or due to fusing lamp. To resolve this error try and reset the unit by entering the service mode--

From what I can find, it's indicating an abnormally low temperature on the heater roller. I don't know the model of copier, but it might be to AR series?? https://www.sosnfl.com/sharp-ar-160-error-codes-trouble-codes/

There is a good chance that the fuser heater has died. You either need a new fuser, or a new heating element for the fuser. Many are just like a long halogen bulb. Either way, it needs a part to repair it.

EDIT : I've also found a power fluctuation can put the copier into a sort of "safe mode", which requires a code to reset. they seem to call them "SIM codes", short for simulation codes. You mght need to find the one for your model of copier. it''s hard to tell what yours needs, since you didn't state the model.
