if windows locked only, and no data to loses.
reload windows from scratch called a fresh install
or google for w7 hacks of PW there are many and W7 is easy .
if windows live is locked only MS can fix that. ask them only.
1525 is 2008 old,core2 relics. that do not run w10;. vista/XP only !!!

Try logging into the computer in safe mode (Tap F8 at start up until you get the menu then select safe mode). From there, see if you can log in as administrator. Often the administrator account will have no password.
If this works, go to Start>Run and type:
net user (insert your user name here) password
That will reset your password to "password". Restart and log in.
If that doesn't work, you need the good old Offline NT Password Reset disk (google is your best friend).
