It shouldn't have a password and ID on it if it was reset. You can go into service mode and clear out the password. I believe its under-

Since the scope ID had been set under Additional Functions > System Settings > Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings . In the typical network setting

1. In Additional Functions > System Settings > Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings and press [OK].
2. Turn the main power switch OFF and then ON to restart this machine.

Turn off the main power switch, and
disconnect the power cord.
Remove the copyboard glass; then,
remove the screw, and detach the small
cover from the IP cover.
remove the remove all eprom dccon ram
& insert again & start the machine.

try this : press * with head press the custom setting browse it you will find to activate dept code then you need to have dept code id then password for ex.dept code id -0001 password 9999 you need to enter this two info to open the copy functions hope this will help

it's formatting possible in few city only in india like MUMBAI - DELHI - INDORE etc. because it's not a common or general format process. Try nearest used copier dealer.

JUST HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE DEFAULT ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD IS "BLANK" LEAVE THE PASSWORD FIELD EMPTY AND PRESS ENTER

remove all the ids you stored in the machine. even one id is left means it will ask for p/w.
