Is the plastic housing (Outer Tub) in good shape? If the old boot was ripped, It might be the spider is also broken. Can you move the inner tub by hand and see if it lifts upward? If so you might have to get a new one. I had the spider bracket in the rear of the inner tub break in 4 pieces and too expensive to weld. So I bought a new top loader.

SOURCE: worn out bellows

The bellow definitely should not deform in the manner that you describe. When you replaced the bellow, did you line it up correctly? There are alignment marks (Arrows) on the tub and the bellow to ensure it is installed correctly? If the bellow is not aligned correctly, it will twist when the tub spins. If the shocks are worn, the bellow could also deform, but you would probably experience excessive vibrating during the final spin. If you are sure the bellow is installed correctly, and wish to replace the shocks, let me know. There are four of them on your washer. I believe they are sold in pairs. If you post your complete model number (located around the door opening), I can assist you in locating parts.

SOURCE: kenmore front load washer is leaking water from soap

We had a similar problem with water coming out of the soap dispenser when the washer was run. I assumed that it was a problem with the water draining as everyone else posted here. I took off the front panel, got rid of the junk and drained it. Although this was great, it did not solve the original problem. It turns out that there was a sock stuck in between where the water comes out of the soap dispenser and in to the main compartment. Pulled it out with a needle nose plier and good to go. Thanks to everyone for their input here.

It appears that out washing machine is leaking from underneath. Is this possible? We have had it for 9 years. Is it time to get a new one?

Before assuming the washer needs replacing, please follow the advice in the following link to determine where the source of your leak may be coming from:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3576656-washer_leak__front_loader

Most common sources of front loader leaks come from the door bellow (gray rubber seal). The rubber seal does wear out over time and may need to be replaced. The cost of a replacement bellow is far less expensive than replacing the entire washer. The last time I checked (I personally own a front loader), these washers are not cheap.

If you determine, the bellow needs replaced, the following link explains how to replace one:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3574186-installing_a_door_bellow_on_a_front_load

Another secondary cause can be a leaking drain pump. Make sure you also check all the interior drain hoses and fittings. If replacement parts are required, I have found great luck with the following web sites:

searspartsdirect.com
appliancepartspros.com
pcappliancerepair.com
repairclinic.com

The first three websites have helpful exploded view parts illustrations to assist you with locating and properly identifying any parts you may need. Shop and compare. Prices vary between sites.

If you need further assistance, please let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

Water leak from source which cannot be seen

Is this a FRONT LOADER? Or, is this a TOP LOADER?

If this is a FRONT LOADING Kenmore washer, the following link explains how to access and inspect the washer for leaks:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3576656-washer_leak__front_loader

In most cases, the source of the leak on a FRONT LOADER is the door bellow (gray rubber seal). If the bellow is ripped or torn it must be replaced. The following link explains how:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3574186-installing_a_door_bellow_on_a_front_load

NOTE: Overloading a front loader can contribute to premature wear and tear on the door bellow and cause damage.

If this is a TOP LOADING Kenmore washer, the following link explains how to access and inspect for leaks:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3576648-washer_leak__top_loader

The most common source of a leak on a TOP LOADER is a leaking drain pump. If the drain pump begins to leak, it is not serviceable and must be replaced. The following link explains how:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3794382-replacing_water_pump_whirlpool_top

Read through the links provided and verify all your drain hoses and dispenser hoses as well. Replacement parts (if required) can be purchased at any of the following websites:

searspartrsdirect.com
pcappliancerepair.com
appliancepartspros.com
repairclinic.com

Prices vary between sites, so shop and compare. The first three sites listed also have helpful exploded view parts illustrations to assist you with locating and properly identifying the parts you may need.

If you have any questions, please post back with your MODEL NUMBER, so that I can determine how your washer is configured. I hope this helps you.

The following link explains the steps required to install a door bellow on a front loader:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3574186-installing_a_door_bellow_on_a_front_load

Inspect the bellow and the front and rear clamps to ensure they are not damaged. If the bellow has any rips or tears, it must be replaced or it will leak.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

NOTE: Overloading the washer can contribute to items getting caught in the bellow and causing premature wear. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for proper loading.

Kenmore HE3 washer leaking all over the floor! Only 6months-1 year old!!

You will need to remove the lower kick panel directly below the door to gain access to the inside cabinet to see where the leak may be coming from. The panel comes off by removing the screws under the bottom front edge of the panel. With the screws removed, the panel will drop down, then come off.

NOTE: Propping the two front feet of the washer up with something (a 2x4 works well for this) will give you better access to the screws.

The most common source of leakage on this washer is the rubber bellow around the door. It can develop cracks or tears over time and require replacement. A tell-tale sign is the front counterweight (looks like a concrete block on the front of the wash tub) looking wet. The counterweight will remain dry if the tub is sealed properly. From the inside of the washer, pull the rubber folds back on the door bellow and inspect the perimeter for any rips or tears. If the bellow is damaged, it must be replaced. The following link epxlains how:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r385210-replacing_door_bellow_kenmore_elite

If the bellow is intact, check the rear bellow seal where it connects to the front of the wash tub. If the clamp comes loose the bellow can shift and begin to leak. Tighten if necessary.

Check the drain pump and hoses to ensure they are not leaking. The drain pump is directly in the front under the wash tub.

Check the area directly below the wash tub. If the leak is coming from the wash tub iteself, you may have a bad tub seal. A replacement gasket doesn't cost much at all, but the labor involved is extensive.

Another simple problem is the dispenser tube(s) that come through the door bellow. Sometimes, these small tubes will work their way behind the rubber in the door and leak when the washer attempts to fill or rinse. This is a simple matter of adjusting the tubes to ensure they are seated through the door gasket properly.

If you have any questions, or require additional assistance, please let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.

Duet washer leaking

If the leak started occurring after the bellow was replaced, and it's on the left hand side of the door, I suspect the bellow is not seated around the fill tube all the way. I have experienced this problem before. Check the fill tube where it comes in by the door. The rubber should be seated back far enough to allow the tube to fill into the tub without obstruction. It could be that the fill tube is forcing water BEHIND the bellow and leaking into the washer and on to the floor. To answer your question, "YES", replacing the bellow could have caused your leak.
