I also am experiencing the same leaking problem with my duet front loader. This problem occurred after we had the bellow replaced. Could the replacement of the bellow have caused the new issued with water coming in from the front left of the washer and leaving a puddle of water inside the washer?
If the leak started occurring after the bellow was replaced, and it's on the left hand side of the door, I suspect the bellow is not seated around the fill tube all the way. I have experienced this problem before. Check the fill tube where it comes in by the door. The rubber should be seated back far enough to allow the tube to fill into the tub without obstruction. It could be that the fill tube is forcing water BEHIND the bellow and leaking into the washer and on to the floor. To answer your question, "YES", replacing the bellow could have caused your leak.
No...this isn't a bellow problem, I'm afraid. If you have water leaking into the wash tub with the unit turned off, it sounds like you have a bad fill valve. Even though the valve is controlled, electrically, it also requires that the diaphragm in the valve is seated properly and that the water pressure is high enough (usually a minimum of 25psi) to keep it seated as well. If you've never had water pressure problems before, I would suspect that the valve may be going bad, or you have sediments keeping the diaphragm from closing properly. You can attempt to clean the valve, but if you're going to remove it, you might as well just replace it. I don't think its a job that you would want to do twice. The valve only costs about $35. If you decide to replace it, let me know. I can give you guidance on how to do it.
PS I believe this is strictly coincidental that the problem occurred after you had maintenance done on it. The bellow is not located anywhere near the fill valve.

The water leaks into the washer and leaves standing water. The water is not on the floor. Is the bellow still the problem?
