SOURCE: loud noise while agitating in wash cycle

I have the same problem, loud plastic squeak/grind when agitating only. I'd like to fix it, but have never taken apart a washing machine.

The advice below sounds good but where do you start with "begin dissassembly from the tub down"....etc. Anyone have a good internet resource with images for disassembling this machine?

Thanks.

SOURCE: My Capacity Plus Admiral Washer will spin and agitate, but it makes a loud grinding noise.

Well, Sounds to me like the Bearings are going out, but it could make that noise a good while, before it goes completely out.. Replacement would possably be more cost effective, Kinda hard to beleive !!!!!!

SOURCE: Whirlpool Duet Washer Making Loud Grinding Noise

not nesseccarrily your pump, possible you have a rear bearing going bad, which will sound as if a helicopter is coming through your laundry room. ( noisy pump can be the issue , honestly a better and cheapre problem to have) in order to determine if its apump problem you can remove the lower access panel and unplug the pump then start the spinn cycle, if it still loud the pumpms not hte issue.

SOURCE: WHIRPOOL WASHER LSQ9564MQ0 Started making loud

judging by the description i would say more likely the coupler
its a three peice part that sits between the mototr and transmission, kinda like a clutch,
anyway it is easily repaired
and available on appliancepartspro.com
type in your model number.....
look for motor coupler

Frigidaire fridge and freezer will only blow slightly warm air. Have both turned as cold as they will go. Not making any noise. Tried unplugging for a while but nothing changed. Any help would be...

Did this happen all of a sudden? or did the fridge slowly get warmer and then stop working after a week or more? i'm suspecting a comp issue, or a leak atm. leak if it slowly stopped, and comp start device most likely if it was all of a sudden. the tstat is working because the fan is on.

I have a 6-2003 Frigidaire side by side Model#FRS23F4CW0 Electrolux refrigerator. It gets hot in the middle of both doors the frame only. Is that normal.

Mine did the same thing and then stopped cooling within a few weeks. I opened up the lower back cover to check the coils for dust and found that the fan had stopped working. I took a box fan and blew air through the coils and it started working just fine. Now I just need to fix the fan problem and I'm back in business. Bottom line: check under the fridge to make sure the coils are able to dissipate the heat.

The water line vibrates and makes noise when using it. It sounds like there's air in the line.

Does it make noises when anything else in the house uses water?(sinks, toilets filling up?)
If not the pull the fridge out and make sure water line clamp was installed. It will be a small clamp near the bottom of the fridge on tha same side the line comes into the back of it.
Is there a water filter that has been replaced recently?

Ice Maker Making Noise

The motor for the auger drive runs pretty slow (about 18 rpm), it could be the drive is running continuously (unless the door is open). Check that and let me know some more info, is the noise real loud, soft, etc. Can you feel anything vibrating or running when the door switch is pressed in?
