Machine wont start

Check the door latch switch. If it is loose or broken, the machine wont start

the drain pump is probably blocked or overheating, when it starts beeping which lights are flashing reading from right to left e.g. 1,3,5 also what is the model number?

All these sound like good advice but in addition - there is a re-set button on the back of this machine, push it and see if the problem continues. If you still have the same problem after re- setting your machine please call their customer service line at 0345 640 2020.

have you checked the pump filter ?

Hi just read your posting.Now just a couple of questions.Does the machine empty the water if you advance the cycle to spin?Did it show a series of lights when it was beeping which indicates the fault code?My guess on what is wrong with your machine on the information that you posted is the diverter valve which is inside your pump is stuck on the recirculating position , causing the machine not to drain the water .Please reply back and if you can remember, tell me the error code .Also reply back and I tell me if it is draining on a manual spin.

Machine doesnt give beep, if the battery completely fails, you system wont start in battery and will continue to run in the main, incidcating that the battery is failing...

make sure the bobbin winder is not engaged and thread the machine over ,also check that the buttonhole switch is not down

2. Start the program.

• If beeping send for repair/replacement.
• If not beeping be happy to continue using your washing machine.
