Wells have water in them so that should not be a problem. As fast as the water was being pumped out the underground stream was replenishing it so there will be no problem there . Wells can be used 24 / 7 provided the amount being pumped doesn't exceed the underground flow. The biggest damage will be to your wallet for the power cost to run the pump.

In an area where you see a Red Troopa marching back and forth, there are coin blocks that are invisible until hit from below. Use them to hit the bricks that are above them and one of them has a vine that takes you to the clouds. This has a red ring and 8 red coins that get you a Fire Flower. Once you are down, double back past the midpoint and go down the newly repaired pipe and it will take you to an underground area with a Star Coin at the end.
You should get an electrician. We had a wire that was underground and the lightening severed it and had to replace all the underground wire to our house. Hope you have good luck. with this.
