this msg show that you will need to reset your printer waste ink counter and replace the waste ink pad.. you can try to reset it with a resetter software here.

Hi guys,
Error code 5B00 indicates absorber full error. To fix this problem you need to reset waste absorber counter and replace waste ink absorber. Unfortunately you don't write the printer model so I cannot write reset procedure here.
