I have put the GoGear Disc into my CDrom drive & nothing happens. The MP3 SA 3485player is switched on & stuck on the net welcome screen. Is this a worthwhile product or have I got a LEMON??

It seems like you have got a duplicate piece as i also use this & never suffered from these problems.
i think you should replace it from shop

Ok go to my computer, Left click your CD Drive And Press Explore.

In there you will see a file that says Auto Run Or Install, Just Double Click This.

If you plug your device in, and go to my computer, you should see it under Removable media, that way would will be able to drag files onto it :)

If you cant seem to run the software with the above instructions i would either suggest downloading the drivers or taking it back from the shop!

If the CD installer inserted into your cdrom drive and nothing happened.Probably your cdrom drive can not read or the cd installer is defective.Good Day

try putting it into recovery mode by holding the volume up while plugging it into the pc this might at least get the pc to see it also try it with a diffrent cable

when you bought the player you should have a disc to install it when you do all the info should come up on your screen as long as it is compatible with your computer

Downloaded songs but won't play on go gear 3020/37 how do i fix

First try opening the gogear device and click on music right after the welcome screen. Select either "All Songs", "Artists" or "Albums" to find your songs. If you downloaded your songs, they should display on the screen of philips gogear, then you can select them to play on your headphones

Only some audio formats (.mp3 .wav and .wma will be play on philips gogear SA 3020/37)
